IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因為由加速度傳感器產生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產生的電信號很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對其進行放大和信號調理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。

美國Dytran的3100D24是一款IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，靈敏度1000 mV/g，集成陶瓷剪切感應元件，自帶10-32接口和10-32安裝螺紋孔。

The Dytran 3100D24 is an IEPE accelerometer with ultra high sensitivity of 1,000 mV/g. Design of the model 3100D24 features a ceramic shear sensing element, packaged in a stainless steel 5/8-inch hex housing, with a 10-32 radial connector and 10-32 mounting hole for general purpose installation across a variety of applications.

Units are case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference and are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
